RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible for you. Please follow the steps below to return a product. This will help us to ensure that we can offer you the best possible solution to your problem. Whether it is a size issue, a defect or any other reason, we are here for you.


1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION:

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product was purchased directly from Stuco.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging and was purchased less than 10 days ago.
  • The product is within the warranty period and has a defect.
  • The product is defective and you wish to have it repaired at your expense.                (cost estimate)

Please note that we will only accept return of used or damaged products after the one-year warranty has expired by prior arrangement. If you have purchased the product from a retailer, you must process exchanges and return through them.

 

2. START THE RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate the return process, please proceed as follows:

Step 1: Print and complete the return form.
Download the return form here and print it out. Please provide the following information:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail).
  • The reason for the return
  • What you would like in return
    • Exchange / Repair
    • Refund
    • Credit note
    • Reduction of the invoice amount

If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper.

Step 2: Provide purchase information
If possible, also provide the following information about the purchase:

  • Delivery or invoice number or copy of proof of purchase
  • Date of purchase

Step 3: Pack the product
Prepare the product for return and make sure it is in the original box. Enclose the completed return form.

Step 4: Label and shipping
ship the parcel by post to the following address:

Please also note the return address.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns. We do not support the policy of free shipping and returns for environmental reasons. This policy allows us to continue to offer high quality products at competitive prices.


3. PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Once we receive your returned product, we will verify the information on the return form and check the condition of the product. Depending on the reason for the return and your request, we will proceed as follows:

Wrong size: free exchange to the desired size. We will send you the product in the desired size at no cost.

If the wrong item was sent/ordered: We will send you the desired item. If there is a price difference, this will be offset or credited.

The product is defective: We will check the product and, in the event of a warranty claim, either repair it or supply a replacement. We will inform you of any defects not covered by the warranty. Our general terms and conditions and warranty conditions apply.

For other requests: We will process the return according to your wishes and our possibilities (e.g. refund, deduction of the price from your invoice).
